新冠肺炎疫情持續，港府早前宣布要求關閉包括酒吧在內的多個娛樂及高風險場所。尖沙咀一間樓上酒吧的負責人因在深夜鎖前門、開後門，讓64名客人進入把酒言歡，被控違反《預防及控制疾病規例》，案件今日(16日)在九龍城法院提訊。被告承認控罪，稱「有朋友生日所以開咗」。裁判官形容被告有計劃違規，對客人及員工造成健康風險，判囚7日。
被告為28歲的羅偉成，被控於4月8日在尖沙咀海防道38至40號一間樓上酒吧，作為餐飲業務負責人，無合理辯解而沒有遵從食物及衞生局發出、有關業務而適用的指示。
